How
do you know, especially when purchasing used clothing, what the
condition of the clothing is? Well, we anticipated that our customers
would need to know what it is they were buying, so, we developed
a triple inspection and rating system. All clothing we offer on
our website has gone through a thorough triple inspection and then
is rated using our rating codes. First, all clothing is visually
inspected upon receipt and a code is determined. Second it is inspected
during the washing and ironing phase. The last and final inspection,
is done while the photograph is being taken. And actually, we even
look at it a fourth time during the packing. If at any time it is
determined that the original rating should be changed, it is. Here's
our coding system and you can also find it in the left column once
you enter our catalog system.

sometimes are not seen until we go through our visual
inspections back at the office. |

Shipping
The
first four items you purchase from our online catalog will be shipped
for $2.95. Yes, you read it right, your
first four items will be shipped for $2.95!!
When you purchase multiple items directly from our
website our shipping expense is lower so we are able to pass those
savings on to you! So, just to clarify, if you purchase one, two,
three or even four items, the shipping will be $2.95. All items
added after the first four, we will add just $1.00 per item for
shipping. (Ebay
auctions and Ebay store purchases are not covered under this website's
freight polices, please read the terms of the auction or item to
determine shipping charges for those items.) The shipping charges
stated above are for shipping within the U.S. only by way of the
U.S. Postal Service.
IMPORTANT-the
above specifications for shipping DO
NOT apply for international shipping. If you are
an international customer (not shipping to a U.S. address), please
email for a shipping rate for the items in which you are interested.
Please send a list of items with their items numbers. We normally
use U.S. Global Priority which is the least expensive way to ship
internationally.

we will happily refund the full purchase price of the item (minus
shipping charges). The only thing we ask is that you send us an
email and put an RMA number on the outside of your package before
you send it. No hassles, no questions asked, just top-notch customer

Returns
If you should receive an item that you want to return,
just send us an email and we will make arrangements for you to return
it.
If you receive
a new item that is defective we will refund the entire purchase
price including shipping and pay the shipping charges to get it
back to us. Just let us know what the charges were and we will add
that amount to your refund.
If you have
an item to return, you must contact us by email within 5 days of
receipt of the item. Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.
We will issue a 'Return Merchandise Authorization' or RMA number.
You can then package the item and return it to us, you must put
the RMA number on the outside of the package or we will not accept
it upon arrival. Credit will be issued when the item is received.
