Nikki Rae's is a family owned business, owned by Nikki & Steve who have been married for over 20 years.  Many of those years being filled by entertaining family and friends at large holiday parties.  Which led them to create Nikki Rae's Sandwiches food truck. 

 

Growing up in an all Italian family, meant large family weekly gatherings, which was of course all based around food.  While learning from only the best, her Mom, Grandmas, and Aunties, gave her the love and appreciation of cooking.  Nikki always strives for excellence, by only using the freshest ingredients, developing new and different savory flavor combinations awakening your taste buds and leaving you longing for more.
